Respect for the venue

Booking & Cancellation

Securing your date

  • 01Booking is confirmed only upon 50% advance payment
  • 02Please confirm booking dates before making payment
  • 03Advance amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances
  • 04Balance payment must be settled 15 days prior to the event
  • 05Menu changes / cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance
  • 06No refunds for cancellations after the cutoff time
Catering Policies

At the table

  • 01Catering available for weddings, parties, picnics and all occasions
  • 02If catering order is given, hall booking is complimentary for a minimum of 200 guests
  • 03Only pre-ordered food items will be served
  • 04Service time is limited to 2 hours only
  • 05Customer is responsible for monitoring plate count
  • 06Served on plate or banana leaf
